互联网资本市场（ICM） 是传统资本市场（TCM）的一种加密原生替代方案，它允许创业者通过 tokenization 直接从网络社区中筹集资金，绕过风投和首次公开募股（IPO）等繁琐程序。以 Believe App（前身为 Clout）为代表的平台在 Solana 链上率先推动这场变革，用户甚至只需在 X（原 Twitter）上 @平台，就能轻松进行项目发行和投资。
尽管存在诸多批评，比如缺乏监管、项目门槛过低、容易发布误导性 token 等问题，ICM 仍具有强劲的大众采用潜力，尤其在通过简洁的用户体验、法币支付入口及病毒式叙事推广 Web3 给 Web2 用户方面。为了实现长期发展，像 Believe 这样的平台需要跳出短期炒作，推动创始人问责机制、优化 token 经济模型、构建 DAO 治理，并实现真实效用，从而将 ICM 从一场 Meme 热潮，真正转变为新的资本形成范式。
传统资本市场的背景
在传统资本市场（TCM）中，创业者往往依赖昂贵且耗时的融资方式，比如首次公开募股（IPO）或风险投资。这种路径本身就存在不少挑战。
从融资方来看，创业者需要应对冗长的申请流程、复杂的法律手续，还要不断迎合投资人的偏好，这常常让他们无法专注于产品研发或社区建设。
从投资方来看，早期投资机会基本都被大型机构垄断，比如对冲基金、共同基金等。普通投资者几乎得不到份额，往往等项目估值暴涨之后才能进入市场。
这种模式不仅效率低下、缺乏开放性，而且导致创作者和支持者之间的激励机制严重错位。这些结构性问题反映出市场对一种更开放、直接、参与性更强的融资方式的迫切需求，而这正是互联网资本市场（ICM）想要解决的核心问题。

直接上市是一种更具成本效益的融资方式，它跳过了传统融资过程中昂贵且耗时的中介流程，为创业者提供了新的选择。互联网资本市场（ICM）在很多方面与直接上市相似，但在理论上还具备更多优势，因为创业者是直接通过区块链来融资的。
什么是 ICM
ICM 是加密行业中的一种新叙事方式。它让创业者可以直接通过互联网为自己的产品筹集资金，无需再经历传统资本市场中繁琐的流程，只需 tokenize 自己的想法，就能立即获得来自投资者的支持。
与传统市场不同，传统融资中投资者的股份通常由银行或券商托管，而在 ICM 模式下，投资者通过自托管钱包直接持有自己的资金（token asset），完全掌握资产的所有权和流动性。这种方式不仅显著降低了普通人参与投资的门槛，也让项目方能更高效地获取启动资金。
ICM 生态现状
值得注意的是，ICM 这一概念并不只是某种产品叙事的实验性尝试，它与 Solana 自身的战略方向高度一致。根据 Solana 基金会在 2024 年 11 月 27 日发布的一份市场备忘录 [19]，基金会提出了建设「互联网原生版纳斯达克」的愿景——任何拥有钱包和互联网连接的人都可以参与资本市场。
该备忘录描绘了一个未来图景：无论是股票、房地产，还是文化通证等金融资产，都可以通过全球共享的区块链账本，被任何人在任何时间自由获取和交易，从而消除传统金融中存在的诸多门槛和限制。
目前 ICM 生态的龙头是 Solana 上的 Believe App（前身为 Clout）。这个平台允许创始人通过在 X（原 Twitter）上@一个账号就能直接发布自己的 token。它试图颠覆传统风险投资模式，提供一个去中心化、由社区驱动的替代方案，让创作者和创业者掌握主动权。

这一切始于 Web2 创业者、福布斯「30 岁以下精英」Ben Pasternak。他在今年 1 月通过 Clout 平台发布了自己的 token $Pasternak [14]，其市值一度飙升至约 7700 万美元，但由于技术问题——即使满足条件，该 token 也无法「毕业」——项目最终崩盘。[15]
4 月下旬，该平台由 Clout 正式更名为 Believe，核心重心也从「个人」转向「创意和项目」，真正走向 ICM 方向。$Pasternak 被逐步淘汰，平台也推出了新的核心 token $launchcoin。 平台的发展在被知名创始人，如 Nikita Bier 和 Solana 联合创始人 Toly 转发之后迅速获得关注。随后多个项目的 token，如 $GOON 和 $NOODLE 在 Believe 上获得成功并实现了较高市值，这种病毒式传播和用户增长将平台整体市值一度推高至 3.14 亿美元。[16]
Clanker 与 Believe 对比：为什么 Believe 比较成功
Clanker 是另一种 token 发布平台，它同样允许用户通过社交媒体互动来创建自己的 token，主要通过发推文或使用 Farcaster（一种 Web3 推特）进行操作。尽管在「发行方式」上 Clanker 和 Believe 看似类似，但在用户体验、叙事结构和增长潜力等方面，Believe 拥有几个明显优势，使它从一众平台中脱颖而出。
生态影响
从下方图表可以看出，无论是交易量还是活跃交易者数量，Solana 链都远超 Base 链，这为 Believe 的扩张提供了更大的动能。此外，获得 Alliance DAO 的支持，以及 Nikita Bier 和 Toly 的转发，也进一步加速了其增长。

我们可以看到，在 Believe 上发行要简单得多——用户只需填写一个 token 简称并在 X 上 @Believe 即可；而在 Clanker 上则需要额外的信息，比如名称、图标等。
除此之外，Believe 的用户界面更加直观、简洁。他们还开发了手机应用，并已上线 App Store，用户可以通过钱包或信用卡直接购买 token 资产。而 Clanker 目前仅有网页端，且只能使用钱包购买，与传统 Web3 启动平台类似。

Clanker 虽然简化了 token 发行流程中的「卖出」环节，但用户在购买时仍然需要一定的 Web3 知识，比如如何连接钱包、如何在 Base 区块链上添加等。
而 Believe 则完全不同，它让用户无需任何 Web3 知识也能完成 token 的发行和购买操作。你可以直接通过 Twitter 发行，并使用信用卡或 Apple Pay 进行购买。这大大降低了参与门槛，吸引了大量 Web2 用户进入 Web3 世界。
比如，Web2 创业者 Alex Leiman（开发类 slither.io 的 Web3 游戏 noodle.gg）就选择在 Believe 上发行他的新 token $noodle [9]。
叙事与愿景：ICM 与 Meme 平台的区别
Believe 是最早提出「互联网资本市场（ICM）」叙事的项目之一，它强调的是围绕真实想法与项目发行，以支持其发展，而不仅仅是炒作无实际价值的 meme 。这种更高层次的愿景，更容易引发社区的共鸣，吸引那些希望参与有意义建设、追求长期价值的用户。
相比之下，Clanker 更像是一个专注于短期投机与交易的 meme 发行平台。它缺乏清晰的叙事方向，也没有长期发展愿景，因此吸引力局限于「短线玩家」，难以建立持久的用户黏性和生态建设力。
为什么 ICM 可能也只是另一波 Meme 炒作
ICM 背后的理念确实非常吸引人。然而，在效率和安全性之间，始终存在取舍。当你节省了时间和门槛的同时，也不可避免地牺牲了一部分保护机制。
创始人无需承诺任何责任
与传统资本市场不同，传统项目在进行 IPO 前通常需要经过严格的路演、尽职调查和监管审批。而在 ICM 中，创始人只需要在官方 Twitter 上 @Believe，就可以轻松发布自己的 token。
但问题在于：创始人没有任何交付承诺或法律义务，也没有保障机制确保他们兑现最初的目标。这种缺乏责任制的机制令人担忧，尤其是在现实中甚至出现过一些「总统级」账号转发某个 token 的合约地址，事后却以「账号被黑」为由删帖或撇清关系的情况。这也揭示了 ICM 模式在开放但无监管状态下的巨大风险。

根据 LaunchCoin 的官方指南，为了避免 token 本身被归类为证券或投资产品，平台制定了非常严格的法律合规要求。例如：token 不得代表股权，也不能暗示任何形式的收益回报。它们的设计初衷应更像是数字纪念品，让支持者可以表达对项目的支持，而不是一种能带来收入、分红或利润分享的证券。
这也揭示了一个关键问题：token 本身与底层项目之间存在巨大脱节。根据指南，token 本质上和 meme coin 非常相似——它没有实际用途，存在的意义更多是作为「支持某位创始人」的象征。
虽然这种方式确实可以帮助项目方筹资并推动项目进展，但很多投资者可能会误以为自己是在参与一个优质的早期投资机会。许多人自认为是在扮演天使投资人，帮助努力中的创业者，然而事实是：这些代 token 并不承诺任何回报，也没有任何保障机制。
被滥用的叙事

从当前市场数据来看，ICM 的最初愿景是支持创始人和他们的项目，但現在正在被明显滥用。在平台市值排名前三的项目 token 中，有两个本质上就是 meme coin。
ICM 原本是为了赋能真正有创造力的建设者，但现在的情况却很讽刺：许多人只是借用「支持项目」的叙事包装，实质上仍在制造一轮轮的 meme 热潮。这些毫无建设意义的 token，反而比真正需要资金支持的项目更受关注、更出名 [17]
ICM 的下一步是什么
目前在 Believe 上发行 token 对创始人来说是零成本的，但其的市场表现却高度依赖于项目本身的持续推进。为了激励创始人持续更新项目、保持社群对项目的关注度，Believe 应该考虑对现有的经济模型（tokenomics）进行优化。
比如，可以通过智能合约设置惩罚机制：如果创始人长时间不更新项目或处于「失联」状态，他们将无法领取交易手续费收益。 此外，建立一个 DAO 机制也是非常有必要的，让社群拥有投票权和项目反馈权，从而提高透明度和创始团队的责任感。
从根本上说，我认为 ICM 不只是短期的 meme 炒作，它确实有更大的潜力，但前提是需要更明确的规则、更成熟的生态环境来支撑发展。ICM 的理念让我联想到 TON 的推广路径——TON 借助 Telegram 平台，成功地把大量 Web2 用户带入了 Web3 世界。
目前，所有加密资产加起来只占全球货币总量的大约 0.56% [18]。如果想让 Web3 真正普及，就必须提供更简单直观的使用方式。ICM 的真正价值，就是它能在不要求用户具备深度 Web3 知识的情况下，吸引和转化大量 Web2 用户。
尽管目前有人将 Believe 视为又一个 meme 式发行平台，但它正在快速发展，在 Solana 链上抢占了原本由 Pump Fun 等老牌平台主导的市场份额。通过稀释 Pump Fun 的垄断地位，Solana 面临的抛压也得到了缓解。
过去，Pump Fun 几乎处于 token 发行平台的垄断位置，可以自由使用 $SOL 进行交易，用户也被迫只能使用它作为主要选择。而现在，Believe 的崛起打破了这种局面，为散户投资者带来了更多竞争性选择，也减少了集中化平台造成的流动性风险 [17]。

从短期来看，如果 Believe 能持续在与其他传统 token 发行平台的竞争中保持优势，ICM 这一叙事很有可能长期存在，因为实现 Web3 的大众采用始终是整个生态的终极目标。
但若想真正站稳脚跟、不沦为像 Clanker 那样昙花一现的炒作平台，Believe 就必须进一步强化和拓展自己的独特定位：不仅仅是发行工具，更要成为推动项目孵化和真实价值创造的平台。

这意味着，ICM 必须围绕「互联网资本市场」的理念，构建更深入的实用价值。具体来说，可以从以下几个方向入手：


推动真正有意义的社区治理机制（DAO）

建立创始人持续负责的制度

融合具有现实应用场景的项目，吸引更广泛的主流用户。

如果不朝这个方向演进，Believe 就有可能被市场视为又一个 meme 平台，最终失去实现长期增长的动力。要真正产生持久影响，Believe 必须不仅仅是 meme coin 的发射平台，更应成为一个激发创意、驱动项目、连接大众、助力 Web3 普及的创新平台。
